Das gibt es nicht. Meine Programme sind für alle von 18 bis 99.

Je früher du mit dem Training beginnst, desto eher kannst du Linien und Fältchen vorbeugen.

Aber die gute Nachricht: ES IST NIE ZU SPÄT! Jeder profitiert von regelmäßigem Gesichtstraining genauso wie von regelmäßigem Sport.

Du lernst Techniken für dein Leben! Eine Botoxbehandlung kostet ab 200 Euro. Die Wirkung lässt aber schon nach 3-7 Monaten nach. Du sparst also sehr viel Geld und hast keine Nebenwirkungen, wenn du dein Gesicht trainierst.
